Ownership
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Kai retains the copyright and ownership of the original artwork. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or ownership.
License granted
The buyer receives a limited license to use the purchased files. Personal use is permitted. Small-business use on physical finished products is permitted only when the specific product listing or license states that commercial use is included.
Uses not permitted
- Do not redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense the digital files.
- Do not upload the files to an asset library, sharing service, marketplace, or similar collection.
- Do not sell the digital artwork substantially unchanged.
- Do not claim the artwork as your own or use it beyond the scope of the applicable product or license.
Commercial and mass-production use
Broader commercial use or mass production requires prior written permission or a separate license from The Kai Collection.
