What is the difference between Artwork and Shop?
Artwork groups every available format by the original design. Shop lists each individual product you can purchase.
Are digital purchases physical products?
No. A product labeled Digital Download is a digital file, and no physical item is shipped.
How are digital downloads delivered?
Eligible files become available through WooCommerce after successful payment. Access details are provided through the order process.
Can I use digital artwork commercially?
Only when the specific product or license says commercial use is included. Review the Digital Art License for the applicable terms.
Does Kai take commissions?

How are physical products fulfilled and shipped?
