Purchases and orders
Products and services are subject to availability. Orders are subject to acceptance, successful payment, and the product details shown at the time of purchase. The Kai Collection may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud, an incorrect price, or inability to fulfill the order. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Pricing and availability
Prices and availability may change before purchase. The price shown and accepted during checkout applies to the order, subject to correction of material errors and order acceptance.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and are licensed for permitted use; purchasing them does not transfer copyright ownership. The Digital Art License / Usage Terms and any product-specific license terms form part of these terms where applicable.
Physical merchandise
Physical merchandise may be produced and fulfilled by third-party production or fulfillment partners. Product details and available fulfillment information are provided with the applicable product or order.
Custom commissions
Custom commissions are subject to separately agreed project terms. The quote or agreement will identify the project scope, deposit, revision allowance, delivery expectations, remaining balance, and usage rights before the customer commits.
Intellectual property
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Kai retains copyright and other rights in original artwork. The Kai Collection or the applicable rights holder also retains rights in site content and brand materials. A purchase transfers only the usage rights described in the applicable product, license, or commission terms.
Prohibited misuse
Customers may not redistribute digital source files, falsely claim authorship, unlawfully copy or sublicense protected content, use the site to commit fraud, or interfere with store operations.
Refunds and cancellations
The Refund & Returns Policy forms part of these terms where applicable. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under that policy, the relevant product or commission terms, and rights provided by applicable law.
